Bone Ash powder

Bone ash is an alternative to magnesia dressing powder to protect the cupels or blocks from sticking to the furnace floor and to also protect the hearth from Litharge attacks.

Bone ash absorbs litharge spills.

We particularly recommend using it in combination with our cupel trays.

it is also possible to use bone ash to manufacture home made fire assay cupels.

We supply it under the form of 25kg bags or 1 kg pots.
