Ceramic bonded clay graphite Crucibles are manufactured by plastic forming techniques. Typical Metal Casting Temperatures between 400°C – 1400°C
- Suitable for melting all non-ferrous metal alloys, both precious metals and base metals except those containing more that 30% nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr) or iron (Fe).
- Also used in recovery operations by precious metals recyclers

FUSED SILICA WARE – ROUND BOWLS – GOLD MELTING – DIRECT FLAME
Our silica bowls are made of 90% SiO2 which confers them with a high resistance to thermal shock due to the extremelly low thermal expansion coefficient of silica.
They are employed for melting gold and silver with a direct flame Blow Torch. Their iinner surface is very smooth and compact, and they are not wetted by the molten precious metals.
Our fused silica bowls have the following properties:

We can supply a whole range of cast iron ingot moulds for gold, silver or doré.
Molds from just a few grams ingots to large ingots up to 50kg.
